DSAT Tec 65 Trimix Diver
Program Content
The Tec 65 Trimix course will further develop skills learned in the Tec 50 stage of training to extend divers' abilities. Successful students will be qualified to utilize Trimix with a minimum oxygen content of 18% as a bottom gas and complete accelerated decompression dives using two decompression cylinders with enriched air or O2.
Prerequisites
- Certified as a Tec 50 Diver*
- Certified as a PADI Rescue Diver*
- Proof of training in CPR and First Aid within the previous two years
- At least 18 years of age
- Good physical condition
- Completed medical questionnaire
- Appropriate equipment
- Logged proof of 100 dives
* Or provide qualifying certification from another training organization
Course Limits
- Student to instructor ratio 4:1 during open water dives
- Maximum depth during course dives will be 60 metres / 200 feet
- No training dives will be at night
- Decompression gases will range from 50% to 100% O2
Tuition
All fees are in Canadian dollars
- Tuition fee: $900
- Certification fees, manuals, dive gases, boat fees and other course expenses are extra and are subject to change

When you take a course form us you are not paying for a certification, you are purchasing training. Certification will only be issued if the student completes the program in the required time and to the satisfaction of the primary instructor.
